What is a check-in?
A 2-minute questionnaire you complete once a week. It asks about energy levels, sleep quality, specific symptoms related to your deficiencies, and protocol adherence (did you take your supplements?)
Why check-ins matter
They create a feedback loop between protocol and results. If you report side effects (e.g. nausea from iron), the AI can suggest timing adjustments. Check-in data appears in your Progress timeline alongside biomarker values. They remind you to stay consistent — one of the biggest factors in actually improving.
