You can export your complete biomarker history and protocols at any time.

How to export

Go to Settings Open the Settings page from the sidebar. Find the Export section Scroll to **Export Data**. Choose export type **Biomarker history (CSV)** — all values across all uploads. **Protocol summary (PDF)** — current recommendations. Download The file downloads immediately. CSV can be opened in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
