Having trouble with a charge or payment? Here's what to do.

Payment failed

If your card is declined: 1) Check the card details in Settings → Subscription → Update payment method. 2) Contact your bank to confirm the charge isn't being blocked. 3) Try a different card.

Unexpected charge

All charges come from **Stripe** on behalf of VITALOOP. If you see a charge you don't recognize, check your billing history in Settings → Billing History. If it's still unclear, email [email protected] with the charge date and amount.
